CANCELLATION POLICY

•5 minutes past appointment is considered late, and may shorten your service time •15 minutes past appointment time will be considered a “no-show” and will require appointment to be rescheduled •If the cancellation is less than a 24 hour notice, the client will be subject to a cancellation fee •Cancellation fee will be 50% of the service booked due to “no show” •If you are wanting to reschedule after you no-showed, you will have to pay a 50% deposit •I have the right to refuse service to anyone
